Use of Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use Forj. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Forj platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting platform operations
• Using the service for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or integrity risk.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Terms: Forj offers subscription-based access to certain features. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.

Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed. However, we may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion in cases of service interruption or billing errors.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Forj are the property of Forj by Lewis Ashworth and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Forj service. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Forj without obligation or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Forj platform and all related content are provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

Liability Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forj and its affiliates, officers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold harmless Forj, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Privacy & Data

Forj values your privacy. Personal information you provide is securely stored and used only to operate and improve the service.
