About Forj
Forj began as a personal toolkit to stop self-sabotage and build a better rhythm for training, career, and life. Logging into multiple apps made habit building feel overwhelming. We wanted a single, calm place to align goals, track the work, and stay accountable without noise. That internal tool became the platform we share today.
